INTL originates, structures and places in the international and domestic capital markets a wide array of emerging market debt instruments, from complex asset backed transactions, straight unsecured bond and loan issues, negotiable notes and other trade-related debt instruments used in cross-border trade finance, to project finance transactions.
Our capabilities include structuring, arranging and placing a wide range of structured and asset backed transactions for both international and local capital markets involving both existing assets and future flows such as consumer receivables, mortgage and auto loans; credit card, export and other receivables; equipment leases; and a variety of structured products.
Our Gainvest subsidiary with operations based in Argentina and Uruguay is a leading arranger of asset backed securities for Latin American corporations which are placed in local currency in the local markets. Our trade finance team originates, structures and places syndicated loans, bills of exchange and other negotiable instruments evidencing trade finance for emerging markets.
